At Dazzlie, we carefully inspect every DIY Bedazzling Kit before shipping.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been delivered.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
